SEGA announced that the PlayStation 4 version of Border Break, which was released on August 2 in Japan, has already passed 300,000 players in just one week. For those who do not know, it is a free-to-play online robot combat game that has finally reached a console after several successful years in Japanese arcades.

This figure is the total number of downloads of the game's free version and sales of its paid version. Border Break is also currently in first place in the PS4 game ranking on the Japanese PlayStation Store.

To celebrate, SEGA is running a campaign on Twitter. Five people chosen in a drawing who follow @SEGABB_PS4 and share the tweet listed below will receive a 5,000-yen gift card for Amazon Japan.
