Dx2 Shin Megami Tensei: Liberation will be released worldwide, starting with Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macau, according to Sega's announcement. Other regions will be announced in the future.
Sega also announced that an augmented reality (AR) feature is in development for the game, allowing players to summon demons into real-world scenes captured through their smartphone cameras. The feature is still in development and will be part of an update released after the game launches. Sega is also preparing something more than simply summoning demons.
Finally, Sega announced three five-star demons: Alice, Susanoo and Baron.
