The resignation of Final Fantasy XV director Hajime Tabata was recently announced, on October 31, 2018. Unfortunately, the worst consequence of this was the cancellation of three of the four DLCs that were being produced for the game.

The canceled DLCs are named Episode Aranea, Episode Lunafreya and Episode Noctis. All were part of a package called Dawn of the Future. The only one that will still be released is called Episode Ardyn and will arrive in March 2019.

Details such as who will take Tabata's place to continue the renowned franchise are still unknown.

Watch the trailer below for the Episode Ardyn DLC, which will be released in March 2019.
