■ Special Hatsune Miku: Project Diva Future Tone DX PlayStation 4 Model
Sony Interactive Entertainment Japan Asia will release a special Hatsune Miku: Project Diva Future Tone DX edition of the PlayStation 4 through the Sony Store. More details will be announced later. Personally, as someone who is not a big fan of digital media, I think it is very cool to see that Hatsune Miku: Project Diva Future Tone will receive a physical release. The additional content will be released separately for those who already own the digital version, while those who do not own it yet—or who simply prefer it—can also get the physical version. Considering that many regard this as the best title in the franchise, a physical release was more than deserved. It remains to be seen whether the new version will also be released in the West, but considering that SEGA has consistently brought the franchise's games here, that seems very likely. [UPDATE: SEGA confirmed that the additional Hatsune Miku: Project Diva Future Tone DX content will also be released as DLC in the West, but has not yet confirmed the price, date, or whether the physical version will be released in the West.] You can visit the official website by clicking here and see additional images in the gallery below (click to enlarge):
