SEGA revealed the Kei-illustrated box art for the 11,980-yen limited edition of Hatsune Miku: Project Diva Future Tone DX in Japan, along with the contents of the package's three Blu-ray discs.

The three-disc Blu-ray box set called the “Hatsune Miku: Project Diva Memorial Collection” includes promotional videos and opening movies from six titles starring the digital singer, with a total of 227 songs:

- 37 songs from Hatsune Miku: Project Diva (PSP)
- 31 songs from Hatsune Miku: Project Diva 2nd (PSP)
- 29 songs from Hatsune Miku: Project Diva Extend (PSP)
Disc 2
- 38 songs from Hatsune Miku: Project Diva F (PlayStation 3)
- 58 songs from Hatsune Miku: Project Diva F 2nd (PlayStation 3)
Disc 3
- 33 songs from Hatsune Miku: Project Diva X (PlayStation 4) + one additional song (“39” by Sasakure.UK / DECO*27 from Hatsune Miku: Project Diva Future Tone DX, featuring the “Celebration” outfit designed by Mari Shimazaki)

Hatsune Miku: Project Diva Future Tone DX is a special physical version of the game previously released only digitally, and it will be released for PlayStation 4 in Japan on November 22, 2017. SEGA confirmed that the additional content from Hatsune Miku: Project Diva Future Tone DX will also be released as DLC for the digital version in the West, but it has not yet confirmed the price, date, or whether it will release the physical version in the West. However, considering that SEGA always brings the franchise's games here, it seems quite likely.
