Developer Game Atelier and publisher FDG Entertainment announced that Monster Boy and the Cursed Kingdom will be released on November 6 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Switch, while the PC version will arrive in the first quarter of 2019.
For those unfamiliar with it, this game is the spiritual successor to Wonder Boy in Monster World, originally released for the Mega Drive and known in Brazil for its adaptation titled Turma da Mônica na Terra dos Monstros. The game features the involvement of the creator of the original Wonder Boy series and renowned Japanese composers.
