Celebrating the Western launch of Persona Q2: New Cinema Labyrinth (June 4), Atlus made a free theme from the game available for the Nintendo 3DS HOME Menu. Previously, this theme was a Japan-exclusive preorder bonus for those who bought the game on Amazon.
To get it, simply go to the HOME Menu settings, then to "Change Theme." After that, select the Theme Shop, then "New Themes." The game's theme will be selectable from this point.
The theme, which has the "cinematic" aesthetic of thegame, shows panoramic art with the characters who will be present in the game: the members of S.E.E.S. from Persona 3, the Investigation Team from Persona 4, and the Phantom Thieves from Persona 5. The protagonists of each group (including the female protagonist from Persona 3 Portable) are larger than the rest. The art is so large, given the number of characters, that it takes more than 3 screens to see it in full.
On the lower screen is the Phantom Thieves logo together with the slogan "Take Your Heart." The logo is animated as the player navigates through the icons.
The music that plays in the theme is “Cinematic Tale (Instrumental Ver.)", from Persona Q2: New Cinema Labyrinth.
