Sega announced that the physical launch edition of Fist of the North Star: Lost Paradise will include a reversible cover featuring the original Japanese version's artwork, created by Tetsuo Hara, the illustrator of the original Hokuto no Ken manga.

After many fans complained on social media about the cover change in the Western version, saying they wanted the Japanese artwork to be preserved, it appears that Sega answered their requests by offering this alternative cover. Combined with the fact that the game will not censor the violence as the original Japanese version did, it seems that the West will get the best version of the game.

Fist of the North Star: Lost Paradise will be released in the West for PlayStation 4 on October 2.
