A study conducted by Sensor Tower, a mobile market consulting and analysis agency, found that Pokémon GO has already surpassed 75 million downloads.
The report also points out that Pokémon GO is the fastest-downloaded game in the history of apps and that it is also at the top of the revenue charts in every territory where it has been released.
According to the report, Pokémon GO took only 19 days to reach 50 million downloads. The company also believes that the game should surpass 100 million copies in less than two months.

A Hit with the Public, Criticized by Experts
Released on July 6, the game received mixed scores from the media, but it was one of the most downloaded apps in the United States during its first days after launch.
Criticism from experts includes the large number of freezes and gameplay considered “shallow,” something that could have been explored much better. In addition, it has also been causing controversy with North American police, as the app can distract people while they are playing.
Regardless of the criticism, Pokémon GO has already been downloaded more than 30 million times around the world in less than a month.
