SEGA announced that SEGA AGES: Gain Ground and SEGA AGES: Puyo Puyo will launch on the eShop for Switch in February in the Americas and Europe.

In Japan, Gain Ground launched on December 27, 2018, but Puyo Puyo still has no announced release date.

Here is a brief description of each title, provided by SEGA:

Gain Ground will add All-Member Mode, which unlocks all 20 characters, as well as an Easy Mode if things become a little too difficult or you simply want to enjoy the game casually.

Meanwhile, the SEGA AGES release of Puyo Puyo will let you battle other players away from home with Online Play while testing your skills on the leaderboards in the new Ranking System! Note that Nintendo Switch Online is required to play online.

Other SEGA AGES titles planned for 2019 include Alex Kidd in Miracle World, Columns II, Puyo Puyo 2, Space Harrier, Virtua Racing, Sonic The Hedgehog 2, and Thunder Force AC.
