Previously available only in selected countries, SEGA Heroes, a new game for mobile devices, has just been released globally and is now also available in Brazil in Portuguese.

The game has typical RPG features, where you can create a team of several characters and progress through stages consisting of turn-based battles against enemies. To attack, you need to slide your finger across the screen to form a sequence of 3 matching objects, similar to games such as Bejeweled and Candy Crush Saga.

The highlight of the game, however, comes precisely from SEGA's “fan service,” as there are several playable characters and enemies from many of its classic franchises, such as Sonic, Tails and Knuckles (Sonic The Hedgehog); Axel, Blaze and Adam (Streets of Rage); Tyris and Gillius (Golden Axe), AiAi and MeeMee (Monkey Ball), Alis Landale, Lassic and Wren (Phantasy Star), Joe Musashi and Hibana (Shinobi), Gum (Jet Set Radio), and several others.

You can download the game right now for Android and iOS. Watch the new trailer in Portuguese below.
