Developer Ys Net and publisher Deep Silver announced at Gamescom 2018 that Shenmue III will be released on August 27, 2019 for PlayStation 4 and PC.

This is the story of one of them...
Shenmue III shows the continuation of the epic, story-driven saga. Players control young martial artist Ryo Hazuki as he investigates his father's murder.
Players must explore the game's open world, search for clues, examine objects, and talk to non-player characters to obtain information, leading them deeper into enemy territory, further into the mystery, and even closer to their destinies.
