Tokyo Game Show (TGS) is one of gaming's longest-running trade shows, celebrating its 30th anniversary in 2026. But you do not need to travel to Japan to follow the announcements: the event also streams publisher presentations, game demonstrations, developer conversations, concerts and awards.
Two broadcasts worth marking on your calendar are Capcom Spotlight on September 16 at 10 a.m. ET / 7 a.m. PT, and the Xbox presentation on September 17 at 6 a.m. ET / 3 a.m. PT.
You can follow the main program on the official YouTube channel and TGS Twitch channel. Some presentations, including Konami's and the PC Gaming Show, have their own broadcasts, linked alongside the schedules below.
The tables show start times. During the event, Japan Standard Time (JST) is 13 hours ahead of US Eastern Daylight Time and 16 hours ahead of Pacific Daylight Time. The opening ceremony at 9:30 a.m. JST on September 17, for example, is at 8:30 p.m. ET / 5:30 p.m. PT on September 16. Check the date as well as the time, especially for morning programs in Japan.
Presentations before the show opens
PLAYISM and LEVEL-5 will present their upcoming games on September 10, a week before the exhibition halls open.

PLAYISM's roughly ten-minute presentation will reveal the 11 games it is bringing to the show. LEVEL-5 will stream on YouTube with English and Traditional Chinese subtitles; the link is on the program page.
Tokyo Game Show's official program
The Japan Game Awards open the official program on September 15. The Games of the Year category considers games already released in Japan. The Future Division, streamed on September 20 in Japan, focuses on unreleased titles shown at TGS.

The Xbox broadcast is scheduled for 50 minutes, from 6 to 6:50 a.m. ET / 3 to 3:50 a.m. PT on September 17. Another slot follows at 7 a.m. ET / 4 a.m. PT (8 p.m. JST), but TGS has not yet said what it will show. No main-program presentations have been announced for September 18 in Japan, although Konami has confirmed its own streams that day.
Alongside YouTube and Twitch, the official program lists X, Niconico, TikTok, DouYu, bilibili and Douyin. Channels and languages vary between presentations; check each broadcast for its available language options.
What is announced for Capcom Spotlight
Capcom Spotlight will feature news on Monster Hunter Wilds: Ascendance, Dragon’s Dogma 2: Dark Arisen, Mega Man: Dual Override and Street Fighter 6 in around 40 minutes. The presentation is prerecorded and will be available through TGS channels or Capcom's YouTube channel, according to the publisher's announcement.
All announced Konami streams
Konami has spread its presentations across 15 sessions over the five days, mixing game demonstrations, conversations and music. Video links are on the company's site. These programs will be produced in a studio and streamed online, without an in-person audience.

The Silent Hill: Townfall session will feature content creator Gatchman playing live, alongside a conversation with series producer Motoi Okamoto. The production team and voice actors will present Castlevania: Belmont’s Curse, while PROJECT ZIRCON's producer will demonstrate that game's demo.
For the music programs, the two Falcom jdk Band performances will have different setlists.
PC Gaming Show Tokyo Direct
PC Gaming Show Tokyo Direct starts on September 20 at noon ET / 9 a.m. PT, which is 1 a.m. JST on September 21. Hosted by Frankie Ward, it will feature more than 35 games, including Stronghold 4 and Virtue and Sledgehammer, with a closer look at Tenebris Somnia.
The show will also include reports from Wesley Fenlon at the event. You can watch on YouTube, Twitch, Steam, X and Facebook, according to PC Gamer's announcement.
TGS Forum: online sessions for professionals
The TGS Forum on September 17 and 18 also offers online sessions, but access requires business registration. Invitation-code holders can preregister and watch from home without traveling to Japan. Streams are available through My Ticket on EventRegist. Most talks will be in Japanese, and recordings will remain available until October 2.
One session discusses Sanrio, PARCO and Toei's move into game publishing. It runs on September 17 from 10:30 a.m. to noon JST, or September 16 from 9:30 to 11 p.m. ET / 6:30 to 8 p.m. PT, according to Toei Games. Check the business portal for registration instructions.
This schedule covers announcements available through September 6. Times are still pending for the PlayStation Creator Lounge, along with broadcast details from Koei Tecmo and NHN PlayArt.
