For many fans, Super Smash Bros. Melee is the most popular game in the franchise, but there is almost unanimous agreement that the best controller for enjoying a game in the Smash series is the GameCube controller.

Taking advantage of this nostalgia for the classic controller, a collection of three Pro Controllers inspired by the GameCube model is entering the market for Nintendo Switch, with specific Mario, Zelda and Pokémon themes. They will be available on December 7, 2018, the same day that Smash Bros. Ultimate launches. The models will come with a USB cable and the option to replace the classic C-Stick with a "regular" one. The products are already available for preorder at a suggested price of US$25, approximately R$100.

None of this news is surprising, as Smash Bros. Ultimate is Nintendo's most anticipated title of 2018 and will be packed with content, bringing together every character in the franchise along with some newcomers such as Ridley, King K. Roll, Simon and Rischter Belmont, as well as more than 100 different stages and several soundtracks.
