Last year, Greg Johnson and the rest of the development team announced their partnership with Adult Swim, which gave them the opportunity to publish the newest entry in the ToeJam & Earl series for consoles. In their latest update, they revealed that ToeJam & Earl: Back in the Groove will also be released for Nintendo Switch.
"Just a little update for you! Nintendo announced today that we will be at the forefront of releases for the Switch. Woohoo! We are very excited to be on their platform as one of its first titles.
Our plan to be on multiple platforms has not changed. We will be announcing other platforms very soon.
We will also be showing the game at PAX East in Boston, from March 10 to 12. The team and I will be there, so if you can, stop by and say hello! I will also be speaking on a panel at the event about reviving retro games. It will take place at 12:30 p.m. on Saturday in the Arachnid Theater (Yuck! Why did they have to name it that? I don't like spiders)."
