Transformice Adventures is an adventure and dungeon-crawler game in which one to four players can join forces to defeat hordes of enemies in real-time battles. With its demo available on Poki, the game is expected to launch in the second half of 2019. Made possible by contributions from people who believed in the project on Kickstarter, it will be a free PC title, and those who help before launch will receive some rewards that will positively affect their gameplay.

Heavily inspired by titles such as The Binding of Isaac and Enter the Gungeon, Transformice Adventures is a game in which, in addition to having the skills needed to overcome the challenges, we must know how to manage our resources and position ourselves correctly on the battlefield, a feature reminiscent of the good beat 'em ups of the 1990s.

Elements from strategy titles, such as knowing which enemy should be confronted first during battles, are part of the fun. With the experience earned in fights, we can customize our character through their skill tree. Rewards come in the form of gifts received after battles.

One of the game's highlights is the pets we acquire to help our character during the game. Although they remind us of Golden Axe, their importance is much greater here, as we must care for them as though they were virtual pets, which will greatly help us customize them for future battles.

One of Transformice Adventures' main attractions is certainly the ability to play in teams of four. Cooperative play opens up more gameplay possibilities, such as creating larger combos or finding better ways to approach the campaign. It is worth noting that the game's difficulty increases according to the number of players taking part in the match.

One major promise offered by the title is its substantial replay factor, so that two matches played in the same dungeon can produce different consequences, such as other battles and rewards.

In this game, we control mice, and so far they are divided into four classes: Chef, Botanist, Journalist, and Scoundrel, though the developers plan to add more later. These classes affect gameplay and can be changed during the campaign.

Technically, everything we have seen so far is beautiful and deserves praise. For now, we are enjoying the demo, but we are already looking forward to the final version.
