In August, we reported that SEGA registered the Narcia's Tears and the Fairy's Flute (Narushia no Namida to Yousei no Fue) trademark in Japan, which was believed to be the subtitle of the next game in the Popolocrois series currently in development by Epics.
Today, we have further confirmation that SEGA will publish the new Popolocrois game through a SEGA-hosted website that has not yet launched, available at popolocrois.sega.jp. Trying to access the site results in a “Forbidden” directory page. Replacing “popolocrois” in the address with anything else does not produce the same result.
With Tokyo Game Show 2017 scheduled for September 21 to 24, it is possible that SEGA plans to announce something about this either before or during the event. We will stay tuned!
