PlayStation Plus is a subscription service offered by Sony in some regions with access to PlayStation Network. Players pay a fee to receive benefits ranging from game discounts to games released for free. The games that will be free for subscribers in June have now been revealed.
Borderlands: The Handsome Collection
With the franchise’s new title, Borderlands 3, on the way, fans will be able to experience the series again through Borderlands: The Handsome Collection, which includes the acclaimed Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel and Borderlands 2, reliving the FPS series’ best moments and adrenaline.
The collection includes all DLC released for each game, improved multiplayer, and remastered visuals for the PS4 generation. It also integrates with the PS3 version of the game, meaning players can continue from where they stopped on the previous console on their PS4.
Sonic Mania
The series’ 25th-anniversary celebration will forever be marked in history by Sonic Mania, a game that celebrates the past as well as the series’ future. 2D Sonic gameplay returns to its Mega Drive days in an original adventure. Control Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, Mighty, and Ray as they try to stop Dr. Eggman’s new plan to conquer the world.
Acclaimed by critics and fans, the game has the highest score in the series in 25 years. Full of secrets and bonuses for the most dedicated players, Sonic Mania is a memorable experience.
The games will be available for one month starting June 3.
