Developer HumanNature Studios announced that ToeJam & Earl: Back in the Groove! will be released for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Switch and PC on March 1, 2019, for US$19.99. The game was previously going to be published by Adult Swim, which left the project, and had a release window scheduled for the end of 2018. Among other languages, the game will support Brazilian Portuguese.
A limited physical edition published by Limited Run Games is also planned for the PlayStation 4 and Switch versions. Preorders on the PlayStation Store will include a dynamic ToeJam & Earl theme for PlayStation 4.
